The Certificates

TEP-DLP offeres two specialized certificates. Students may choose to specialize in Evangelism or Theology. The following courses are required to complete these certificates.

 

 

Evangelism Certificate

• Introduction to Theology

Lays the foundation for other courses by teaching principles of biblical interpretation.

• Personal Evangelism

Equips believers with the basics of defining, defending, and sharing the gospel.

• Apologetics

Prepares sutdents to "be ready always to give an answer" by studying evidences of the truth of Christianity.

• Cults

Informs students about those who claim the support of Christ and the Bible yet distort Christianity's fundamental tenants and how to share the truth with them.

Theology Certificate

• Introduction to Theology

Lays the foundation for other courses by teaching principles of biblical interpretation.

• Systematic Theology I

Covers Bibliology (the study of the Bible), Theology Proper (the study of the person and characteristics of God), and Hamartology (the study of sin).

• Systematic Theology II

Covers Christology (the study of the nature and person of the Lord Jesus Christ) and Soteriology (the study of salvation).

• Systematic Theology III

Covers Pneumatology (the study of the Holy Spirit), Ecclesiology (the study of the church), and Eschatology (the study of the end times).
